✅ Dosage Guidelines

Mild Acute Case (e.g., mild cold, headache, etc.):

  • Dosage: Single dose of an appropriate potency (often 30C).

  • Repeat: Only if symptoms return or worsen after initial improvement.

  • Monitoring: Wait and observe. If there's improvement, do not repeat the remedy. Only repeat when there is no more improvement. May need to wait 1-2 hours.

Moderate Acute Case (e.g., flu, more intense cold, or minor injury):

  • Dosage: Give the remedy in 30C or 200C, depending on the severity of the symptoms & vitality of the patient. Strong symptoms, strong vitality = 200c

  • Repeat: Every 3-6 hours, depending on how quickly symptoms evolve.

  • Adjust: If the remedy is helping, repeat only when the improvement stalls.

Severe Acute Case (e.g., high fever, intense pain, serious infections):

  • Dosage: Often 200C or 1M, especially when symptoms are very strong and in high vitality patients.

  • Repeat: Every 15 to 30 minutes initially, until a clear response is seen.

  • Taper: Once the patient improves, reduce the frequency or stop entirely.

✔️  STOP taking when symptoms stop.

✔️ There is no need to take more than is necessary. Minimal dose is best

✔️ Be sure to shake the bottle a few times, before each time taking the remedy.

✔️ Never touch them, tap them directly into the lid and put under the tongue

✔️ Only take 1 remedy at a time.

✔️ At first sign of any symptoms always start with  “ACONITE”

  • Keep in a cool, dry place.
